 What is the minimum order for custom-branded designs? 

There is no minimum, but prices vary depending on quantities.

 Can I order different colours of apparel with the same logo printed? 

In a short answer, yes. However, some charges may apply if the background area is not the same as the original design(s) colour and requires changing the actual design colour to a different one.

 Can I order multiple styles by using the same logo?

Yes, give us a call to provide us with more information. 

What is the time frame from ordering to get my custom prints ready?

 After our graphic design team approves your order, it usually takes 7 – 15 (Depending on the order) business days to pick it up or be sent by courier.

What if I am not satisfied after receiving the product?

 Call our customer service team. We will review each order on an individual basis. Please note that when you order with Printuvia, you will receive a digital mock-up for your approval. Printuvia will only print products if you have approved the logo or design.
